more february kit cards

I'm not usually a huge rhinestone/bling girl, but these were perfect for the "flames" on the candles.

I used my new scallop punch from Stampin' Up for this card. It was a little tricky to punch a piece of paper on both sides (the stem), but I think it turned out cute. And more rhinestones for the flower center.
